A simple map
We map how you make decisions today: channels, people and agreements. We start with a real example you choose.
Cuban communities and associations
In a free 30-minute session, we review a recent community decision: how it was organised, who took part and what was left unresolved.

How it works
We map how you make decisions today: channels, people and agreements. We start with a real example you choose.
We discuss consultations, internal voting and ways to record agreements. Afterwards, you receive a short summary with one practical improvement.
If a specific need emerges, we discuss whether trying a tool would help. We listen first; you decide how to continue.
If you coordinate a Cuban association or community group, formal or informal, this conversation is for you. All you need is a recent decision to reflect on.
Eroica is in the validation stage. We want to understand how you organise before proposing solutions; we have not yet validated this process with organisations.
Let’s talk
I’m Osmel Teran, Eroica’s creator. Leave your email and community name; I’ll contact you to arrange a time.
The session and summary are free. You do not need to buy anything or make a commitment on behalf of your organisation.
Just think of a recent decision: what needed resolving, how people took part and what happened afterwards.
No. We can start with WhatsApp, email, meetings or paper. Any later trial is agreed with you.
